  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoons red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all your vegetables. Thinly slice the red bell pepper, julienne the carrots, cut the zucchini into half-moons, and slice the green onions. Separate your broccoli into bite-sized florets.
