Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 medium Zucchini, spiralized into noodles
  • 2 stalks Scallions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Set aside to use as the stir-fry sauce.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
