Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, arrowroot powder, and water. Whisk until smooth and set aside as the stir-fry sauce.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
