Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts
  • 12 oz Green beans, trimmed
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (Whole30-compliant)
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them thoroughly under running water. Pat dry and set aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir well to create your sauce and set aside.
