  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the bok choy thoroughly under running water, ensuring that any dirt or grit is removed from the stems. Pat dry and slice the bok choy in half lengthwise for smaller heads or into quarters for larger ones.

Step 2

Peel and finely mince the garlic. Peel and grate the fresh ginger using a microplane or fine grater.
