  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice (for dressing)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt (for dressing)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, coconut aminos, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the steak marinade.
