  • 1 tablespoon Whole30-compliant Sriracha

Directions

Step 1

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting to help emulsification.

In a tall container or jar that fits an immersion blender, add the egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Pour the avocado oil into the container, ensuring it sits on top of the other ingredients.

Place the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar without stirring or moving it.
