  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash and roughly chop the red bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh red chilies. Peel the garlic cloves.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped red onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic cloves, red bell peppers, and chilies, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
