  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 8 whole Butter or Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 small Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce (optional, Whole30-compliant)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the finely diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened and translucent.
