  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Trim off any connective tissue or fat and cut the liver into bite-sized pieces.
