  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves or other greens (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
