Ingredients

  • 500 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets.

Step 2

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Peel and grate the ginger root.

Step 4

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.

Step 5

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes or until the broccoli is tender yet vibrant green, stirring frequently.
