Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion starts to become translucent.
