Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Grease a small oven-safe baking dish with 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Evenly distribute 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves in the bottom of the baking dish.
