  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced radishes
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, juice of 1 lime, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
