  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas
  • 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet or paella pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced red bell pepper, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
