  • 150 grams broccoli florets
  • 100 grams carrots, julienned
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half moons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, then stir to mix well. Set aside for later use.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
