  • 0.25 cup coconut flour

  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage (Whole30 compliant)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with a little olive oil or line it with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Remove from skillet and set aside.
