Ingredients

  • 16 whole Large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and gently remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside and finely chop the stems.

Step 3

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the finely diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
