Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned chickpeas

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water and let them sit to drain more while you prepare other ingredients.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. Set them aside.
