  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce
  • 1 medium, sliced tomato
  • 1 medium, sliced avocado

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, almond flour, egg, and coconut aminos. Mix until evenly combined.

Add oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well to ensure spices are distributed evenly.
