  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the coconut aminos, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well to create the marinade.

Step 2

Place the thinly sliced beef sirloin in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the beef and mix to ensure all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, and onion. Set aside.
