  • 2 tablespoons ghee

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower. Cut it into florets.

Step 2

Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they reach a rice-like consistency. Make sure not to over-process.
