  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional, for garnish) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and almond flour.
