Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 8 large Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Tomato slices
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine ground pork with garlic powder, onion powder, fennel seeds, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the pork mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
