Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour

  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 patties Ground breakfast sausage (Whole30 compliant)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices Dairy-free cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.

Step 3

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick pancake batter forms.
