  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Soak the raw cashews in warm water for at least 2-4 hours or overnight for best results. Drain and rinse them before using.

Step 2

Place the drained cashews and 1 cup water in a high-speed blender.

Step 3

Add the fresh lime juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
