Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned wild-caught salmon
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 2 units green onion
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0 lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned salmon and remove any large bones if present. In a mixing bowl, flake the salmon with a fork until it is well shredded.
