  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, coconut aminos, and egg. Mix gently with your hands until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 palm-sized patties.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
