Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 units Carrots, julienned
  • 1 unit Zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain for tenderness.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the beef strips to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
