  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.33 cup Slivered almonds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the radicchio. Remove any outer leaves that are wilted. Slice the radicchio in half, remove the core from each half, and then chop the rest into thin strips. Transfer the chopped radicchio into a large bowl.
