  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 pieces banana leaves
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head and chop it into florets. Place these florets in a food processor and pulse until they reach a rice-like consistency. Set aside.

Mince the garlic and finely chop the red onion.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions, sautéing until the onions become translucent, approximately 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until the pork is browned and thoroughly cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
