  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup dairy-free, soy-free Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, ground cumin, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
