  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the cooked pork from the skillet and set aside.
