  • 1 cup Raw unshelled pistachios
  • 10 pieces Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, pulse the pistachios until they are finely chopped. Set aside a small handful for garnish.

Add the pitted dates to the food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste.
