  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 whole Lime

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into thin, uniform strips.

Step 3

In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium heat.
