  • 2 cups yuca flour
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine yuca flour, almond flour, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and baking powder.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
