  • 2 pieces Beef ribeye steak

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup Whole30-approved beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of ghee.
