Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies to the skillet and sauté them for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground chicken or turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until it's browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
