  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 0.25 cup, chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pat the veal shanks dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
