Ingredients

  • 4 cups Napa cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice 4 cups of Napa cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Julienne 1 large carrot and 1 medium red bell pepper, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Slice 2 green onion stalks and chop 0.5 cup of fresh cilantro. Add both to the vegetable mix in the bowl.
