Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.

Use a food processor to pulse the florets into rice-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium heat.
