  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Flaxseed meal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with a small amount of olive oil or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well incorporated.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are combined.
