  • 3 tablespoons Palm oil

  • 500 milliliters Beef stock
  • 100 grams Smoked fish
  • 2 tablespoons Ground crayfish
  • 150 grams, chopped Fresh spinach
  • 1 seeded and minced Scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the okra under cold water. Trim the tops and tails and then slice them thinly. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
