  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos, minced ginger, and minced garlic to create a sauce base.

Step 2

In another small bowl, combine arrowroot powder and water, stirring until smooth. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
