Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, chopped green onions, and parsley.

In a small bowl, beat the egg lightly and add it to the chicken mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon until well combined.
