  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 large leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber, julienned
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
