  • 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces Red onion
  • 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium, cut into 1-inch slices Zucchini
  • 10 pieces, soaked in water for 30 minutes Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1
