Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 4 pieces Whole30 compliant pita

Directions

Step 1

1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves.

2. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
