  • 0.5 cup sugar-free compliant sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cooked compliant ground beef, crumbled
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice.

Place the cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
